Roast Monkfish Tail
Place the onion slices in an ovenproof dish and sit the monkfish on top, pour over the marinade.
 
Raspberry Vinegar Salmon Fillets
Mix together the cream and raspberry vinegar, pour into the frying pan.
 
Roast Bass with lemon and honeyed onion
Brush the fish with one tablespoon of the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish with a mixture of lemon juice and the remaining oil.
 
Roasted turbot with hollandaise sauce
Bring the fish to the table in its baking tray. To fillet, gently peel back the dark skin with a knife.
