Put the fillets in, skin side down and cook turning them over once, for about 8-10 minutes, or until done to your liking. Serve with the remaining sauce poured over.
Melt a little butter in a non-stick frying pan and gently fry the fish for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, until lightly brown. The oatmeal coating should form a crunchy crust around the soft fish centre.
