Baked Ling with Coriander and Garlic
Arrange the fish in it, with the marinating juices and sprinkle evenly with the coriander and spoon over the garlic, onions and chilli and their oil.
 
Bangalore Fried Garlic Fish
Add all but four tablespoons of the oil to a frying pan and deep fry the fish until it turns golden brown (about 5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
