Our bread is hand-made in Greenwich, using unbleached flours, with no preservatives. We can order speciality breads for you - just ask. In store regulars include

Pain De Campagne - traditional French country bread with a mix of rye and wheat flour.

Irish Soda Bread - dense and tasty bread made with rye, wheat flour, raw oats and baking soda.

Classic Baguette - made with fine French flour, a rustic baguette.

Organic Sour Dough - yeast-free bread based on the natural fermentation of wheat flour and fruit, tangy taste and rustic texture goes well with fish and it has a long shelf life
