Come and learn how to assess, handle, clean and fillet a range of seafood at one of our evening classes. There are three classes, each offering a comprehensive guide to its chosen seafood group. Each class lasts and hour and a half and you will leave with a range of new skills as well as:
There are three courses to choose from: Round fish - Focusing on Mackerel, Bream, Gurnard (if available in the market on day of course!) Flat fish - Focusing on Plaice and Sole Shellfish and cephalopods - Focusing on Squid, crab and lobster
