Julian Pryke:
Director and founder Julian Pryke's eye for detail and hands-on approach have established the Fishmonger as the destination of choice for seafood connoisseurs.
Julian prides himself on delivering quality and freshness and is determined to get nature's healthiest protein back at the top of every household's shopping list. He has plied his expert cutting and seafood preparation skills for pop stars and royalty as well as for his customers.
Julian was publisher of a number of industry-leading national and international commercial fishing and seafood titles before setting up his Greenwich business with wife Emma. |

Manager Lindsay Lee's lifelong passion for seafood lead her to the Fishmonger team.
Lindsay has joined Julian's crusade to put fish back on the nation¹s culinary map and brings, along with her knife skills and fishy know-how, retail expertise gleaned from the likes of music monolith HMV and retail royalty Fortnum & Mason.
